Returns & Refunds

We want you to love your ROOXIES — but if something's not quite right, we're here to help.

Change of Mind Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of receiving your item, provided:

  • The item is unused and in resellable condition
  • All original packaging and tags are intact
  • The item is not a sale item

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Faulty Items

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us with your order number and a photo. We'll arrange a replacement or store credit.

How to Request a Return

Contact us via our Contact form with: your order number, item(s) to return, reason, and a photo if faulty.

Refunds

Once received and inspected, we'll process your refund to the original payment method within a few business days.
